Please confirm that you or the main puller truthfully provide participants to understand the actual content of the activities

1. To be eligible for booking, you must have participated in our open SUP itinerary more than once
2. Due to the nature of the activity, participants with the following conditions are not recommended to participate: persons with reduced mobility or wheelchair users, persons with poor physical conditions (eg: high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, the elderly, and those weighing more than 100kg
3. The meeting time will be adjusted according to the actual activity date due to sunrise and tide times. Please pay special attention to the pre-departure notice.
4. The environment is the outdoor natural environment, there will be simple equipment provided for washing and change one's clothes.
5. This SUP activity has the distance of about 3 kilometers or more, participants have to understand the actual content of the activities clearly.
6. The date can be changed 14 days before the activity date, and the change can only be made once. If the order has been rescheduled, cancellation will not be accepted.
7. The pre-departure notice (including the coach's contact information, meeting time and location on the day) will be notified 3 days before departure

1. Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before the meeting time of the activity. To avoid delays in subsequent trips, no overtime will be allowed.
2. This is a group activity. If you are late or no-show due to personal reasons, or the activity has already set off, the participant will not be able to request a refund or extension.
3. Before the activity, the weather forecast of the Central Meteorological Administration will be used as a reference. The judgment criteria shall be subject to our company. Please respect the coach's judgment.
4. In case of bad weather or force majeure factors, such as typhoon, the event will be postponed, moved or cancelled and refunded.
5. If the participant has discomfort or other personal factors during the activity and needs to cancel the activity, no refund will be given.
6. The water conditions are subject to change at any time. Based on safety considerations, the rowing itinerary may be adjusted at any time.
7. Please follow the safety instructions and teaching of the activity staff during the trip. Do not leave the team arbitrarily and fail to follow the instructions which can cause safety problems for all the staff.
8. Please follow the coach's instructions during the activity itinerary. Because SUP rowing may have gaps in ability, please follow the group to go and return together. Do not leave the team without authorization to row alone.
9. Please keep your personal valuables in the car by yourself. For SUP activities, you only need to bring the necessary items for going into the water. If the items are lost, we will not be responsible for providing compensation.
10. If you feel unwell during the activity, please inform the instructor and stop the activity immediately. Please bring your health insurance card and other relevant documents for backup.
11. Whether each activity is suitable for camera photography or aerial photography will be evaluated by the coach on that day based on the actual activity and weather conditions. Participants shall not object to this.
12. This activity is an outdoor activity in nature. The preference for photo recording varies from person to person, and the photo recording provided by our company cannot be specified in quantity and quality.

Notes on registration and refunds

1. When the participant is unable to participate for some reason, he can be replaced by another person, and the insurance information of the substitute person needs to be supplemented. Please inform one week before the activity date, otherwise it cannot be changed. For refunds, please refer to the refund instructions.
2. Please fill in the insurance information. If the actual participants do not match the insurance information, we will not be able to provide relevant insurance rights and activity participation.
3. SUP water activities are affected by weather and sea conditions. Whether the trip will take place or not will be notified before 5:00 pm on the day before the trip, and it will be notified regarding the extension, transfer location or cancellation and refund.
4. Each registered participant can have the right to change the date once. Please notify the change 14 days before the activity date. After 14 days, please follow the refund instructions.
5. Those who wish to cancel 14 days before the activity date will be charged an administrative fee of NT$50 per order
6. In the event of a typhoon, or the tour cannot be carried out due to the weather after the coach's assessment, you can choose to postpone, change the location or reschedule the time. If you want to cancel your order, you will be refunded after deducting the administrative fee of NT$50. The extension can be reserved for 1 year.
7. If you want to cancel the refund individually 14 days before the event, the refund will be remitted to the designated account, and the account name of the account must be the same as the name of the person that cancel the order.
8. If you want to cancel the order 14 days before the event, the amount will be refunded according to the original amount and method of the order, and multiple remittances will not be provided.
9. When cancelling the refund, please provide the remittance account information, and the remittance will be completed within one week after the activity date.
